These Terms and Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and bpxech governing your access to and use of the bpxech platform, including all casino games, sports betting products, bonuses, payment services, and account facilities. Access to bpxech is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. You must provide accurate date-of-birth information at registration and submit valid CNIC documentation before your first withdrawal. Minors are absolutely prohibited from using the platform under any circumstances.
Each player may hold only one bpxech account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonus funds held across all associated accounts.
All bonuses issued by bpxech are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum convertible amounts are stated in each individual bonus offer's specific terms at the time of the offer.
bpxech employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any account found to be engaged in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, or any other form of fraudulent or deceptive activity will be suspended immediately and all associated funds reviewed before any settlement.
All transactions on the bpxech platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposit and withdrawal methods are limited to those listed in the Payment Methods section of the platform. bpxech does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though third-party provider fees may apply in specific circumstances.
Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (no login, no bet placement, no deposit or withdrawal) are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms. Players are notified before any fee is applied.
Version 3.2 — Effective 1 January 2026. These Terms supersede all prior versions. If you created your bpxech account before this date, continued use of the platform after 1 January 2026 constitutes acceptance of this revised version.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 By accessing the bpxech Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager through bpxech's casino or sportsbook products, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy (accessible at /privacy-policy) and the specific terms of any bonus or promotion you participate in, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and bpxech. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail only with respect to the matter to which they specifically relate.
2.3 If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the bpxech Platform and close your Account. Continued access to the Platform following publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Important: bpxech reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographic corrections) may take immediate effect without prior notice.
3.1 Use of the bpxech Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. bpxech operates a strict 21+ policy in compliance with international online gaming licensing requirements.
Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any individual found to have registered a bpxech Account while under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds (including any winnings) forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent underage access to the bpxech Platform.
3.2 In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain a bpxech Account:

Required documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back), proof of the payment method used for deposit, and, where applicable, a selfie or additional proof of residence. bpxech reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
3.4 bpxech reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any stage of a Player's account lifecycle — not only at the point of first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account restriction pending resolution.
4.1 To use bpxech's real-money gaming and betting products, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested in the registration form.
4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bpxech Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the personal details used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bpxech employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and all balances, bonuses, and winnings across all associated accounts will be forfeited pending investigation.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. bpxech accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify bpxech's customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials. bpxech may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of a reported security incident.
All information provided at registration and during the KYC verification process must be accurate, complete, and kept current. If any of your registered details change (including your mobile number), you must update your Account profile promptly. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
bpxech accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank IBFT, Visa, and Mastercard. bpxech reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources, or cryptocurrency wallets are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit within your bpxech Account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, to prevent money laundering. Processing timeframes by method are as follows:
bpxech reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional verification checks, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
All transactions on the bpxech Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bpxech does not apply currency conversion fees. The amount deposited and the amount withdrawn are in PKR with no hidden conversion markup applied by bpxech. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, which are outside bpxech's control.
Anti-Money Laundering: bpxech is committed to maintaining the integrity of its payment processing in accordance with international AML standards. bpxech may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals and reserves the right to delay or decline transactions that raise AML concerns.
6.1 An Account is classified as dormant when there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) calendar months.
6.2 Before an Account is classified as dormant, bpxech will send at least two (2) advance notifications to the registered mobile number and/or email address on file, providing the Player the opportunity to reactivate the Account by logging in.
6.3 Following classification as dormant, bpxech reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative maintenance fee of PKR 500 from the Account Balance. Fees will cease once the Account Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player, whichever occurs first.
6.4 To reactivate a dormant Account, the Player must contact bpxech customer support and successfully complete any identity verification checks required. Full Account functionality will be restored upon successful reactivation.
7.1 bpxech offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to eligibility conditions and wagering requirements specific to each promotion.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all bpxech bonuses:
7.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using prohibited betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus crediting — constitutes a breach of these Terms. bpxech reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
8.1 All bets placed through the bpxech sportsbook are subject to the specific sport rules and market rules applicable to each event. Sport-specific rules are accessible within the relevant betting market on the platform.
8.2 bpxech reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of arbitrage activity, match fixing, or use of insider information in relation to the event being bet upon.
8.3 Bets accepted by bpxech are binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player after placement except in specific circumstances permitted by the applicable sport rules (e.g., cash-out where the cash-out feature is available and active).
8.4 In the event of a technical error, network failure, or system malfunction that affects the acceptance, settlement, or recording of a bet, bpxech reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
8.5 Odds quoted by bpxech are subject to change at any time before bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed and accepted are the odds at which the bet is settled.
9.1 All casino games available on the bpxech Platform are supplied by internationally certified gaming software providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are independently verified by third-party testing laboratories and published within each game's information panel.
9.2 Random Number Generators (RNG) used in all non-live casino games are independently certified to ensure genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes. bpxech does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner. Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment in real-time studio environments.
9.3 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a casino game session, bpxech's system will attempt to complete the round using the last valid game state data. If completion is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bpxech Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
11.2 Where bpxech determines that a Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, bpxech reserves the right to take any of the following actions at its sole discretion: issue a formal warning; suspend or permanently close the Account; void any bets or casino game results affected by the prohibited conduct; forfeit all or part of the Account Balance; and/or refer the matter to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
12.1 All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, game designs, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the bpxech Platform are the exclusive property of bpxech and/or its licensed software providers and content partners.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bpxech Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bpxech content or intellectual property.
12.3 Unauthorised use of the bpxech name, logo, or any other intellectual property for commercial purposes — including in affiliate or advertising activities not explicitly authorised by bpxech — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
13.1 bpxech collects, stores, and processes personal data relating to Players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the Platform. The Privacy Policy is accessible at /privacy-policy.
13.2 By registering an Account with bpxech, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and (where opted in) marketing communications.
13.3 bpxech employs industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the bpxech Platform. 14.1 bpxech provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bpxech takes all reasonable steps to ensure the Platform is available and fully functional at all times, bpxech makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpxech shall not be liable for:

14.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. You accept that bpxech cannot be held responsible for financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform's gaming and betting products. Please gamble responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose.
15.1 bpxech reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on the Platform with the revision date updated in the document header.
15.2 Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — bpxech will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the mobile number and/or email address registered to your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
15.3 Your continued use of the bpxech Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendments.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions, and all matters arising from or relating to your use of the bpxech Platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpxech holds its gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
16.2 In the event of any dispute between you and bpxech, you should first contact bpxech's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. bpxech is committed to investigating and responding to all Player complaints fairly and promptly.
16.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through bpxech's customer support process, you may escalate the matter through the formal complaints procedure set out on the Platform. Formal complaints will receive a written response within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
